BII's 2-year graduate programme with two rotations: 12 months in an Investment team and 12 months in the Impact group. Starting salary: GBP 47,500. Includes international travel, 38 days annual leave, pension, and mental wellbeing support. BII invests GBP 1.5-2B per year in Africa, Asia, and the Caribbean.
Requirements
Minimum 2:1 undergraduate degree in any subject. Excellent Excel/PowerPoint skills. UK work authorization.
