A one-year fully-funded leadership development program for 20 individuals from across East Africa, including Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Ethiopia, Burundi, South Sudan, and Somalia. Fellows participate in five seminars with travel and accommodations covered.
Requirements
Social entrepreneur or senior decision-maker, minimum 5 years work experience, solving problems of poverty in East Africa.
